On Saturday 8/2/25\, we will be uniting at the NH capitol to fight back against the growing facist regime threatening our democracy\, due process\, our bodily autonomy\, and our communities as part of the 50501 movement’s National Day of Action. \nThis will be a mass mobilization to channel our collective rage against the Trump regime for its weaponization of ICE against our communities\, construction of concentration camps\, covering up the Epstein Files\, attacks on transgender rights and erasure of LGBTQIA+ from history\, as well as its gutting of Medicaid\, SNAP\, USAID\, the department of Education\, NOAA\, and the National Weather Service into collective action. SUMMARY:Resist! Insist! Persist! - Weekly Protest Near Kendal
DESCRIPTION:This action began as a weekly gathering of like-minded people from Kendal standing for justice at the time of the murder of George Floyd. We have stood on the street every Friday from 3:00-4:00 PM ever since. \n\n\nWe have stood with “Black Lives Matter” and “Native Lives Matter”signs from the beginning. Now we hold a trans positive banner and other signs that show our support for an inclusive community. \n\n\nAt this point\, with all the horrors and need for resistance\, we ask people to bring signs and banners that encourage people to act as a part of the resistance. \n\n\nWe will be by the road every week\, barring rain. \n\n\nNote: Not sponsored by Kendal and\, as a group\, we are not affiliated with any particular organization.
