Tables set up and break down/ 2 people

4 Tables will come from the FCC church (by the music center on the green)

Numbers to be determined

Set up by 4:30, tear down after 7

Banner Hanging/ 2 people

Hang banners on stage with provided 6’step ladder

Hang banners on Park fences

Finish the stage set up by 3 PM

Music Equipment Set up 1 person

Help carry sound equipment to stage

3 PM start

March Organizers/ 8 people

Help focus people for March around the Park

6:45 start

Meet at 4:30 to get orientation

Clean up and Table Returns/ 6 People

Clean up trash and return tables to church

7 PM
